Millennium Learning was founded by Julia Geisman in 1987. Her business model, from the inception of the company, is designed to match the right expert with the specific client requirements.

President of Millennium Learning, Inc. and team leader, Julia has dedicated her professional life to maximizing human performance and organizational effectiveness. She believes the success of an organization is achieved through its people and strong organizational systems.

For the last 20 years, Julia has worked with global organizations designing and developing learning and organizational effectiveness programs for global implementation. She has in-depth expertise in: strategic planning for employee development, large-scale change management, coaching for performance, leadership development, 360 feedback assessments, organizational effectiveness, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and models for measuring ROI. 

Julia has published articles in a variety of professional journals and has conducted presentations at national and international conferences. She has been a guest lecturer at Bentley College and has conducted successful webinars for the OD Network.

Julia has a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and Development from Fielding University and is on the faculty at the Boston University’s Graduate School of Management. She is certified to administer the Emotional Competence Inventory and Emotional and Social Competence Inventory.
